Description
Made Mistletoe Leblanc for Holiday Matsuri 2014. 
The top part of the staff is two pieces of pink insulation foam, with a piece of plywood sandwiched between them. I used a biscuit cutter to create slots on the plywood to attach the gold pieces on the staff. They're just made out of craft foam. The top part disconnects from the PVC bottom, they screw into eachother. I made the "wood" like markings with hot glue and puffy paint. It was spray painted then wood stained. The lantern is just a repainted bird feeder I bought at Home Depot.
